We’d love to hear about your current planning and evaluation for physical activity programmes and any support you feel would help.
The British Heart Foundation National Centre for Physical Activity and Health is conducting a survey, in collaboration with the NCSEM-EM, to collect information on the planning and evaluation of physical activity programmes. We are looking for the views of practitioners, policy makers, commissioners and researchers to help understand any training and support needs they may have.
We would like to invite you to take part in this survey to tell us about your current practices and any barriers you face in planning and evaluating your physical activity programmes. We would also like to learn more about the support, resources and training which you think would be most beneficial.
About the survey
The survey will take 15-20 minutes to complete. There are no right or wrong answers, and all the information you provide will be kept strictly confidential. All data will be stored in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998.
There are three parts to the survey:
Part 1 asks about your current practices, skills and knowledge in relation to programme planning and evaluation
Part 2 asks about your support needs for programme planning and evaluation
Part 3 asks about you and your work in physical activity
Please complete the survey by 5pm on Friday 6th November 2015.
