A free seminar and workshop designed for carers, health professionals, charities and researchers to come together to discuss current issues related to the health and wellbeing of those caring for someone diagnosed with cancer is being held at the NCSEM-EM in July.
The event is being organised by Loughborough University, Bishop Grosseteste University and the British Psychological Society and will aim to translate research knowledge into policy and practice.

Case studies of those caring for someone diagnosed with cancer will be presented and discussed in terms of their own arising health problems.

13.30 Workshop: What would help carers manage their health and wellbeing?
Small groups will be presented with evidence-based solutions for discussion and feedback.
