Physical activity and older adults in transition is an online course developed by the NCSEM-EM in conjunction with Public Health England.
The resource has been designed to provide information about the benefits of physical activity for older adults, and in particular those who are beginning to experience a decline in their physical function.
It has been written specifically for professionals working across the wider public health agenda such as pharmacists, paramedics and those working in social care, who have the opportunity to advise and support this group to become more active.
The course is free to access but you will need to apply for a unique username and password to access it.
